Apply for Camp Support

Winter Camp Scholarship Request

We don't want finances to keep your student from attending Winter Camp. Please complete the following application, as this helps us determine needs and allows for us to be good stewards with our limited financial resources. All information is confidential and we will make every effort to help you.

FINANCIAL QUESTIONS

A deposit of $50 is required to hold your student’s spot at Winter Camp, and the full amount is due 2 weeks before camp.

One reason we open registration early is to make it easier for families to send their students to Winter Camp by spreading the cost over several months. If you think you’ll need a scholarship to send your student to Winter Camp, you’ll want to wait to register your student and fill out this scholarship application first. You can do that here.

After signing up for Winter Camp, your money is non-refundable. You may transfer your spot to someone else UNTIL January 15th, but please understand you are responsible for finding someone to transfer the spot to.

In the unlikely event that Winter Camp 2026 is cancelled, your registration would be refundable.

There is a snack bar and camp store available at camp. While it is not necessary to send additional money, we recommend they bring between $25-$50.

CAMP SPECIFIC QUESTIONS

There will be an emergency phone line for you to call and get in contact with your student. It will be sent to you as part of the parent packet you will get as well as posted on this page prior to camp.

Students will be dropped off at Front Range Church, where they will travel by bus to and from camp.

Camp has a state of the art dining hall, which offers buffet-style meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Snacks and refreshments will be available to purchase during free time.

If your student has food allergies, please indicate this on the registration form. Camp is set up to accommodate most food allergies.

Guys and girls will be split into different cabins.  Each cabin has eight rooms, and each room has 14-16 beds. There is a good chance that our group will share a cabin with another church. Students will need to bring pillows, sheets, blankets, and or a sleeping bag.

SCHOLARSHIP DONATIONS

Every single year, lives are changed at Camp. We never want the cost of camp to be the reason students can’t attend. Every donation means that more students can experience one of the best things we do all year long. The scholarship fund helps to bridge the gap between what Front Range invests in camp and what parents pay. It helps keep camp affordable and provides partial and full scholarships to students who would not be able to afford it.
