Opportunities
Impact Partners go beyond just serving on a Sunday at Front Range. They also provide support during the week in a variety of ways. Impact partners are expected to serve on a Sunday at Front Range at least twice a month and also help during the week anywhere from 2-4 hours per week.

Follow Up
Help kids feel seen and valued by writing and sending postcards for birthdays, first-time guests, prayer requests, and those we haven’t seen in a while. This role is perfect for someone who loves encouraging others through thoughtful words. Flexible time commitment, mostly from home or during the week.
Group Support
Step in to support our kids classes and groups, including those with special needs, by offering a helping hand and caring presence. You’ll be a backup or extra support in the room, helping every child feel safe and included. Great for compassionate, adaptable volunteers.
Leader Care
Support our amazing Kids Ministry leaders by checking in, praying for them, and helping with small gestures of encouragement throughout the month. This role helps build a strong, cared-for team. Ideal for someone who enjoys behind-the-scenes ministry and team support.
Expecting and New Parent Care
Be a friendly face and support for expecting and new parents on Sunday mornings. You’ll offer encouragement, help connect them with resources, and check in regularly to let them know they’re seen and supported. Great for someone who enjoys relational ministry and a warm welcome.
Room Prep and Cleaning
Help keep our Kids Ministry spaces clean, organized, and ready for ministry! This midweek role includes light cleaning, resetting classrooms, and supporting follow-up group needs. Perfect for someone who enjoys practical service and creating welcoming environments.
Service Overlap Support
Provide overlap support during Kids Ministry services for the kids who have parents serving, especially during transitions between services. You’ll help bridge the gap between volunteer shifts and keep things flowing smoothly. A great fit for someone who enjoys hanging out with kids and can be flexible.
Follow Up
This role provides follow-up and personal engagement with first-time students, those who have not attended in a few weeks, and by writing birthday cards for students, and serve team members. Also adding students and parents to our follow-up system.
Service and Event Prep
This role supports Custom Students by assisting with the planning, preparation, and execution of events within Custom Students. Partner with Custom leaders to brainstorm, organize, and prepare for student events. Helping coordinate the events through shopping, food prep, decor, and planned activities.
Facilities
Responsibilities include resetting and cleaning chairs, organizing storage areas, setup for events, assist with cleaning the facility, and communicating with outside events
Communications
Responsibilities include create and research resources for series hubs, help create weekly church emails, create and post announcements in bathrooms.
Mens or Womens Ministry
Responsibilities include writing birthday cards to group leaders, write weekly message discussion guides, assist group leaders with attendance tracking and keeping group events up to date, and serve with the Connections team as a point of contact for the ministry to answer questions about events and groups.
Cafe
Regularly monitor and restock the storage areas, including snacks, communion elements, and other supplies. Fix and align café tables and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming space. Clean out and organize the fridge and kitchenette areas weekly.
Service Prep
Restock welcome gifts and first-time guest bags. Organize back storage & black cabinets in Auditorium, lanyards, and GE training materials. Help prepare signage, communication tools, or printed materials for upcoming Sundays or special events. Realign chairs to ensure Sunday Readiness.
Worship Impact Partners will take their love and passion for worship beyond the platform and become a vital part of making services happen throughout the week. They will do so by assisting with stage management, helping prepare and resource the team with new music, assist in the care of fellow team members and much more.
Production
Helps with weekly preparations for Sunday services, including ProPresenter builds, preparing console show files, and cleaning/organizing the production suite and tech booth. Regularly checks in with current Serve Team members. Great for someone with a heart for behind-the-scenes prep and caring for technical artists.
Church Online
Weekly preparation of church online assets for Sunday services, scheduling of Church Online team members, and team recruitment. Great for someone with a heart for creating a welcoming online experience.
Photography
Assists with managing the Front Range photo database in Capture Collab, training Serve Team members on shooting and editing techniques, and scheduling photographers for special events, Sunday Services, and more.
Film
Responsibilities include filming and editing regular content for Front Range Church, including bumper videos, countdowns, social media content, b-roll capture, and story videos.
Helps promote Celebrate Recovery to the members of the program, the church, and the community. Partners with local leaders to promote CR at community events. Promotes CR at counseling centers, rehabs, treatment centers, etc. Manages supply of CR curriculum, informational resources, signage, etc. Attends CR weekly meetings: Mondays, 5:45pm-8:30pm. Attends monthly leadership meetings: Third Monday of the month, 4:45pm-6:15pm.
Office
Keep office supply area organized. Cataloging office supplies and ordering more if needed. Transposing and editing of Sunday’s messages. Creating/scheduling birthday e-cards. Other office tasks as they come up.
Marketing
Updating pictures on website/google. Providing regular updates via google. Monitoring and adjusting ads being run. Help create new ways to market big days and services. Provide ideas and research on what other churches are doing with their website/marketing. Evaluate and help improve how we welcome first time guests on Sundays.
Database
Weekly scan through database to clean up duplicates and make sure info is correct. Send and respond to weekly check in emails on people who have shown no activity. Update website / link tree with current info and events.
Generosity
Follow up with different subsets of givers in our church. Prepare quarterly giving statements. Keep weekly and monthly records up to date. Help with annual report and helping people visualize the impact their money is making. Help with coming up with opportunities for people to give to new things. This position does not have access to see anyone’s individual giving.
This role supports the Young Adults team by providing follow-up and personal engagement with first-time guests, those who have not attended in a while, and by writing birthday cards for attenders and serve team members.
